将烧结余热系统、吸收式热泵机组和地埋管换热器系统相结合,搭建了余热-地热源溴化锂吸收式热泵实验台。利用Fluent软件对地埋管换热系统的换热特性进行了数值模拟,并通过实验进行了验证。结果表明,U形地埋管换热器进出口温度的模拟值与实验值吻合得较好;无论是单U管还是双U管,其周围土壤温度沿深度方向变化不明显,而不同深度水平方向上温度变化范围较大。
The sintering waste heat system, absorption heat pump unit and ground heat exchanger system are combined to build a waste heat - geothermal lithium bromide absorption heat pump bench. The heat transfer characteristics of the ground tube heat exchange system were numerically simulated by Fluent software and verified by experiments.
