本文针对石油库站投资项目建设中存在的风险及技术管理的客观要求，对投资项目的风险进行了分析与评估，并针对存在的问题就如何加强我国石油库站建设项目的风险管理及优化进行了探讨。
In this paper, according to the objective of the risks and technical management in the construction of petroleum depot investment projects, this paper analyzes and evaluates the risks of investment projects.
