最近迅速发展的小卫星和微型卫星,极大多数将靠组成星座工作,因而对常规的测控技术带来严重挑战。文中提出某些新概念以试图解决同时多目标的通信和测控(C&T)问题。这些概念是:将跟踪功能由USB的TT&C中再分离出来,根据国情用倒GPS来取代;或者在未来的中国TDRSS中扩展国际上已有的SMA构想;USBTT&C解体后的遥测遥控功能合并到数据传输AOS中去解决等6项建议。
The recent rapid development of small satellites and microsatellites, most of which will work on a constellation, presents a serious challenge to conventional measurement and control technologies. The paper presents some new concepts in an attempt to address the simultaneous multi-objective communication and monitoring (C & T) issues. These concepts are: the tracking function from USB TT & C again separated, according to the situation with inverted GPS to replace; or in the future China TDRSS extension of the existing SMA concept; USBTT & C after the dismantling of the telemetry remote control function into the data AOS transmission to solve such 6 recommendations.
