The finite element method was used to analyze the piston seal of OPI-1800AWS fracturing pump. The distribution of contact stress between rubber seal and plunger and the relationship between contact stress and working medium pressure were obtained. The calculation shows that there is a “deviation effect” of the rubber seal under the pressure of working medium. That is, the contact width of the seal ring, the lip is stretched, the root is compressed, the main seal near the lip position; the same time, the location of the main seal with the media pressure does not change, and the maximum contact stress and the working medium pressure The ratio of 1. 23. All of these provide a basis for the analysis of lubrication conditions and sealing mechanism, and provide a new understanding and theoretical basis for the design of the seal ring structure.
