本次研究以我校一年级本科和七年制统招学生为研究对象,其中男生174人,女生302人,共计476人。把身体健康素质作为体质健康评价的主要内容,其包括心脏功能、合理体成分、肌肉力量和耐力以及柔韧性等素质,教学中我们把健身运动处方和体育教学改革有机地结合起来,理论课上增加了健身运动处方的教学内容,健身运动处方对学生身体健康素质增长情况的实验研究。经过一年的实验,结果发现,健身运动处方对学生身体健康素质影响是显著的,98%以上的同学在心脏功能、力量、柔韧指标不同程度上都有所增长。
