前不久,在一次有关轿车与城市建设的研讨会上,笔者听到了有关专家学者对我国“轿车进入家庭”这一热门话题的三种不同观点。有的认为,中国人口多、城市发展呈集中形态,道路能源资源紧缺,环境容量有限,未来城市仍应以发展公共交通为主。有的则强调,汽车工业及其相关产业的发展,对经济增长有着重大作用,尤其是各种新技术的运用,可以缓解能源和环境的压力,因此,轿车是可以进入家庭的。介于前两种看法之间的意见是,基于中国的基本国情和社会发展的需要,似可从建立多元化的交通体系着眼,处理好家用轿车与公共交通的协调发展的关系,不同层次的城市
Not long ago, at a workshop on car and urban construction, the author heard three different views of experts and scholars on the hot topic of “cars entering the family” in China. Some people believe that China has a large population and urban development is in a concentrated form. Road energy resources are in short supply and the environmental capacity is limited. In the future, the city should still focus on the development of public transportation. Some emphasize that the development of the automobile industry and its related industries has a major impact on economic growth. In particular, the use of various new technologies can ease the pressure on energy and the environment. Therefore, cars can enter the family. The view from the first two perspectives is that based on China’s basic national conditions and the needs of social development, it seems that the relationship between family cars and public transportation can be handled well, with a view to establishing a diversified transportation system. city
