目的:采用HPLC法同时测定一清颗粒中3种有效成分(盐酸小檗碱、盐酸药根碱和盐酸巴马汀)的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-25 mmoL/L庚烷磺酸钠和50 mmoL/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.14%三乙胺、以磷酸调pH 3.0)(30∶70),检测波长为348 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:盐酸小檗碱、盐酸药根碱和盐酸巴马汀3种成分分离度>1.5。3批样品中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸药根碱和盐酸巴马汀的含量分别为:盐酸小檗碱(3.68、3.67、3.65 mg/g)、盐酸药根碱(0.31、0.30、0.30 mg/g)、盐酸巴马汀(0.67、0.66、0.66 mg/g)。结论:利用高效液相色谱法,在同一波长下能同时准确测定一清颗粒中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸药根碱和盐酸巴马汀的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To determine simultaneously the contents of three active ingredients (berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride) in Yiqing Granules by HPLC. METHODS: The column was Agilent C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-25 mmoL / L heptane sulfonate and 50 mmoL / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution containing 0.14% triethylamine Adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid (30:70), the detection wavelength was 348 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. Results: The contents of berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in the samples with the separation of berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride were> 1.5.3 were: berberine hydrochloride (3.68,3.67,3.65 mg / g), jatrorrhizine hydrochloride (0.31,0.30,0.30 mg / g) and palmatine hydrochloride (0.67,0.66,0.66 mg / g). Conclusion: The content of berberine hydrochloride, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride and palmatine hydrochloride in Yiqing granule can be simultaneously and accurately determined by high performance liquid chromatography with the same wavelength.
