范永升　男　1955年11月生。1981年浙江中医学院硕士研究生毕业,1988年由国家公派赴日本国立佐贺医科大学内科留学2年,1995年晋升为教授,1999年3月经浙江省学位委员会评审通过成为中医内科学博士生导师。现任浙江中医学院副院长、浙江省中医药学会副会长、浙江省研究生教育学会 Fan Yongsheng male born in November 1955. He graduated from Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1981. In 1988, he was sent by the state to Japan’s Saga Medical University for 2 years and was promoted to professor in 1995. He was qualified as a doctoral tutor in internal medicine in March 1999 after being assessed by the Zhejiang Provincial Academic Degrees Committee.
