HPLC法测定辽细辛不同药用部位马兜铃酸IVA的含量

目的建立辽细辛不同药用部位中马兜铃酸IVA的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Shiseido C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm5,μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(体积比55∶44∶1),检测波长为252 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min-1。结果马兜铃酸IVA质量浓度在4.720~47.20 mg.L-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6,n=6),辽细辛根、根茎和叶中马兜铃酸IVA的平均回收率分别为99.6%9、9.4%9、8.9%(n=6),RSD均小于2.8%。结论方法简便、快速、准确,可为辽细辛不同部位的质量控制提供参考依据。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of aristolochic acid IVA in different medicinal parts of Asarum Methods HPLC method. The column was a Shiseido C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm 5, μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (volume ratio 55:44:1) at a detection wavelength of 252 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1. Results The IVA concentration of aristolochic acid in the range of 4.720 ~ 47.20 mg.L-1 was good (r = 0.999 6, n = 6). The average recovery rate of aristolochic acid IVA in roots, Respectively 99.6% 9,9.4% 9,8.9% (n = 6), the RSDs were less than 2.8%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can provide reference for the quality control of different parts of Asarum.
