采用固相反应法合成了掺杂Eu3+的Li2WO4材料,并用X射线粉末衍射仪、荧光分光光度计及交流阻抗技术对样品进行了观察和测试.结果表明:适量Eu2O3掺入的掺入可提高基质材料的发光和导电性能.
The Eu3 + -doped Li2WO4 material was synthesized by the solid-state reaction method, and the samples were observed and measured by X-ray powder diffraction, fluorescence spectrophotometer and AC impedance techniques.The results show that the incorporation of appropriate Eu2O3 can improve the matrix Material luminescence and electrical conductivity.
