校长是学校教育教学活动的设计师、领路人和指挥官,他们的心理健康状况对学校发展产生着很大影响,而总体幸福感是评价个体整体生活质量的综合性心理指标。对西部一些省份农村小学校长的调查分析表明,小学校长的总体幸福感水平较高,且在人口统计学上无显著差异;社会支持和应对方式对小学校长的总体幸福感有一定的影响。社会支持系统的增强和积极的应对方式有助于中小学校长提高其总体幸福感。
The principal is the designer, leader and commander of the school education and teaching activities. Their mental health has a great impact on the development of the school. Overall happiness is a comprehensive psychological indicator to evaluate the overall quality of life of the individual. The investigation and analysis of rural primary school principals in some western provinces shows that the overall headship happiness of primary school principals is relatively high and there is no significant difference in demographics. The social support and coping styles have an impact on the overall happiness of primary school principals. The enhanced and positive coping styles of the social support system can help primary and secondary school principals improve their general well-being.
