目的:观察了解常规潜艇艇员长航前后听力变化情况。方法:在长航前后分别对参加长航60天的35名艇员进行听力检查,测量数据用t检验统计学方法处理。结果:29名航前听力正常的艇员长航后听阀有非常显著性变化(P<0.01),高频范围(4~6kHz)听阀上移较多。航前已有不同程度听力损失的6名艇员,在长航后听阀又有上升,听力损失有不同程度的加重。结论:潜艇噪声对艇员听力有不容忽视的影响,应采用适当措施加以防护
OBJECTIVE: To observe and understand the hearing changes of conventional submarine crew before and after their long voyage. Methods: Before and after the long voyage, 35 crew members who participated in the long voyage for 60 days were respectively examined by audition, and the data were analyzed by t-test. Results: Twenty-nine crew members with normal hearing before flight had very significant changes (P <0.01), while those in the high frequency range (4 ~ 6 kHz) had more valves. Before the flight, there were 6 crew members with different degrees of hearing loss. After listening to the long-range flights, the valve went up again and the hearing loss was aggravated to varying degrees. Conclusion: Submarine noise can not ignore the hearing of crew members, should be taken appropriate measures to be protected
