在正常的抽油生产过程中,光杆与油管之间因为上下运动长期产生摩擦作用,这种周而复始的摩擦作用导致光杆受到划伤,而光杆的划伤又进一步导致盘根的磨损和腐蚀,最终发展成为井口盘根和光杆密闭不够,进而导致跑油。这给环境带来污染的同时也给正常的采油生产造成极大浪费。本文结合笔者在石油开采工作一线多年的实际工作经验,就抽油井井口跑油的原因做简要分析,并针对原因提出相应的解决对策。
In the normal process of sucker-rod production, there is long-term friction between polished rod and tubing due to up-and-down movement. Such repeated friction causes the polished rod to be scratched, which in turn leads to abrasion and corrosion of the packing. Development of the wellhead and polished rod seal is not enough, which led to running oil. This brings pollution to the environment and causes great waste for normal oil production. Based on the author ’s practical work experience in the field of oil exploration for many years, this article makes a brief analysis of the reasons for running the oil well at the wellhead and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems.
