四乙基氟硼酸铵现主要用于超级电容器中,有溶解度大、电导率高、高电压下不易分解等特点。对一种四乙基氟硼酸铵的合成方法做了研究,该方法收率较高,后处理也比较简单,工业三废较少,符合绿色环保的要求,是一条可行的工业路线。考察了不同质量比、反应温度、溶剂的量等因素对实验的影响。最终得到的产品[纯度为99.96%、w(阳离子)≤2×10~(-6)、w(水分)=7.2×10~(-6)、w(氟硼酸)=3.8×10~(-6)]符合同行业质量要求。
Tetraethyl ammonium borofluoride is mainly used in supercapacitors, a large solubility, high conductivity, high voltage is not easy to break down and so on. A method for synthesizing tetraethylammonium borofluoride was studied. The method has high yield, post-treatment is relatively simple, industrial waste less, in line with the requirements of environmental protection, is a viable industrial route. The effects of different mass ratio, reaction temperature, amount of solvent and so on on the experiment were investigated. The final product [purity of 99.96%, w (cation) ≤ 2 x 10 -6, w (moisture) = 7.2 x 10 -6, fluoroboric acid = 3.8 x 10 (- 6)] Meet the same industry quality requirements.
