体育课教学过程中,无论是教师进行示范教学时,还是学生在教师指导下进行专门性或辅助性练习时,通常会伴随着发生各种感觉信号,如视觉、听觉、肌肉运动觉等等。注意合理利用这些感觉信号,有利于提高体育课教学效果。在听觉信号中,有的是人为的,比如用笛声、口令、击掌、鸣枪等,要求学生开始、持续、停止某一动作,或用词语来帮助纠正某一错误动作,这属于外加听觉信号。这是体育课教学中普遍、经常运用的。除这些外加听觉信号外,还有一种听觉信号,是在动作进行过程
