目的:比较小青龙汤分煎液与合煎液中甘草酸单铵盐的含量。方法:以甲醇—0.2 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67:33:1)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为250 nm,柱温为25℃,分析小青龙汤合煎液与分煎液中甘草酸单铵盐的含量。结果:小青龙汤中甘草酸单铵盐平均回收率为96.31%,RSD为0.26%,结论:小青龙汤的分煎液与合煎液汤剂中的甘草酸单铵盐含量分煎液大于合煎液,为小青龙汤的中药分煎液替代合煎液提供了一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the contents of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate in Xiaoqinglong Decoction and decoction. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol - 0.2 mol / L ammonium acetate solution - acetic acid (67:33: 1), the flow rate was 1 ml / min, the detection wavelength was 250 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Decoction and decoction of glycyrrhizic acid monoammonium salt content. Results: The average recovery of glycyrrhizic acid monoammonium salt in Xiaoqinglongtang was 96.31% with RSD of 0.26%. Conclusion: The content of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate in Xiaoqinglong Decoction and decoction decoction is more than Combined decoction, small Qinglong decoction of Chinese medicine decoction alternative decoction provides a scientific basis.
