针对煤化工的安全管理课题,做了简单的论述,提出了安全管理策略,共享给相关人员参考.安全第一是煤化工企业生产管理基本理念,从当前此项工作的开展实际来说,虽然取得了不错的成绩,但是还需要加以完善和优化,实现安全生产零事故的目标.现结合具体研究,进行如下论述.
