从2001年全国室内田径锦标赛女子三级跳远的比赛,分析我国女子三级跳远水平与世界水平差距的现状,提出了以科技兴体,以科学指导训练的思路。指出中国女子三级跳远技术发展趋势分“速度──平跳式”技术,训练趋势应围绕以速度为核心,以减少水平速度为前提,以提高第三跳成绩为突破口的方向发展。具体提出:1.助跑技术和上板技术是取得三级跳远优异成绩的基础和动力;2.摆动技术和平衡能力的训练将更加重视;3.减少水平速度的损失,速度保持到最后一跳。
From the 2001 National Indoor Track and Field Championship women’s triple jump game, the analysis of the status quo of the gap between the level of the Chinese female triple jump and the world level, put forward the idea of using science and technology to promote scientific training. It points out that the development trend of Chinese women ’s triple - jump technology is divided into “speed - pingping” technology. The training trend should focus on speed as the core and reduce the horizontal speed as the prerequisite to improve the third jump performance as a breakthrough point. Specifically put forward: 1. Run-up technology and board technology are the foundation and motivation for achieving excellent results in triple jump. 2. Swing technology and balance training will pay more attention; 3. Reduce the loss of horizontal speed, speed to the last hop.
