用放射免疫测定法(RIA)对生活在海拔2261m地区(西宁)和海拔3m地区(青岛)的成年Wistar大鼠脑内β-内啡肽免疫活性物质(β-EP)的含量进行了比较研究。结果表明垂体内β-EP的含量与平原者对照组相比,下降非常显著(P<0.01);皮层与平原者对照组相比,下降亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。丘脑桥延、纹状体内β-EP的含量有所下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。提示,高原环境对大鼠各脑区β-EP的含量有不同程度的影响。
The contents of β-endorphin immunoreactive substance (β-EP) in brain of adult Wistar rats living in 2261m above sea level (Xining) and 3m above sea level (Qingdao) were compared by radioimmunoassay (RIA) . The results showed that the content of β-EP in the pituitary was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01), and there was also a significant decrease in the cortex compared with the control group (P <0.05) . Thalamic extension, the content of β-EP in striatum decreased, but not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Prompted that the plateau environment on rat brain β-EP content varying degrees.
