本文介绍了小型高速柴油机分配式喷油泵综合电子控制系统。该系统采用电磁式油量执行器和电液伺服式喷油定时控制执行器,开发了以MC68HC811E2单片机为核心的电控单元。控制系统根据工况要求进行喷油量和喷油定时的闭环控制。综合电控系统完成喷油泵台架油量匹配试验后,装于BN493Q和CN493DI两台发动机进行了初步台架匹配试验和性能对比试验。试验结果表明电控系统设计合理,可初步改善发动机的性能。
This article describes a small high-speed diesel distributor injection pump integrated electronic control system. The system uses electromagnetic oil actuator and electro-hydraulic servo injection timing control actuator, developed MC68HC811E2 microcontroller as the core of the electronic control unit. Control system according to the requirements of the working conditions of injection quantity and injection timing closed-loop control. Integrated electronic control system to complete the oil pump bench fuel matching test, installed in the BN493Q and CN493DI two engines were preliminary bench matching test and performance comparison test. The test results show that the design of the electronic control system is reasonable and the performance of the engine can be improved initially.
