“中甜１ 号”（Ｆ３１）属极早熟厚皮甜瓜杂交一代新组合，全生育期８５～８８ 天，果实长椭圆形，果皮黄色，上有１０ 条银白色纵沟。果肉纯白色，肉厚２．５ ｃｍ 左右，可溶性固形物含量１３．５％ ～１５．５％ ，肉质细脆爽口，单瓜重１．２ ｋｇ左右，一般产量２ ５００～３ ０００ ｋｇ／６６７ ｍ ２，耐贮运性好，抗病性强，适应性广，适于大棚、小棚和露地地膜覆盖栽培。
