采用培养皿滤纸法,测定胜红蓟和三叶鬼针草根、茎、叶水浸液质量浓度分别为0、0.10、0.25和0.50 g/mL时的幼苗根长、苗高和鲜重,研究胜红蓟和三叶鬼针草的自化感作用。结果表明,胜红蓟和三叶鬼针草不同部位不同浓度的水浸液对自身幼苗根的伸长都有明显的抑制作用,且随着浓度的增大,抑制作用逐渐增强;对苗高的影响则呈现低促高抑的双重化感效应;水浸液浓度较大时对鲜重有显著的抑制作用。
