用双核微核法测定香烟烟雾凝聚物对BALB/c-3T3和CHL细胞的致微核作用。结果发现香烟烟雾凝聚物可使两种细胞的微核率升高,不需S_9的活化。比较不同滤嘴对香烟烟雾凝聚物中诱变物质的清除效果,发现普通滤嘴不能有效地降低微核率,而BDT滤嘴则能使微核率降低了一半左右。
Dual Nuclei Micronucleus Test for the Micronucleus Formation of BALB / c-3T3 and CHL Cells Induced by Cigarette Smoke Condensate. The results showed that cigarette smoke condensate can increase the micronuclei of both cells, without the activation of S_9. Compared with different filters on the removal of mutagenic substances in cigarette smoke condensate, we found that ordinary filters can not effectively reduce the micronucleus rate, while BDT filters can reduce the micronucleus rate by about half.
