采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等手段,并结合现场生产,分析了酸洗后的热轧带钢的表面局部氧化铁皮残留现象的原因。结果表明,热轧带钢表面存在较厚且致密的Fe_3O_4和Fe_2O_3氧化层,氧化铁皮未被充分拉矫破鳞和溶解是造成此现象的直接原因。提出了改进此现象的两个有效措施:优化拉矫破鳞工艺使带钢表面的致密氧化层剥落或疏松;添加酸洗抑制剂,提高酸洗温度、浓度或降低酸洗速度。
Using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, combined with the on-site production, the reason of local oxide scale remnants on the hot-rolled strip surface was analyzed. The results show that there are thick and dense Fe 3 O 4 and Fe 2 O 3 oxides on the surface of hot rolled strip, which is not directly caused by scaling and dissolution of scale. Two effective measures to improve this phenomenon are proposed: optimizing the straightening and scaling process to peel or loose the dense oxide layer on the strip surface; adding the pickling inhibitor to increase the pickling temperature, the concentration or the pickling speed.
