一、概况过去我厂含硫污水采用空气氧化法进行处理。由于该工艺净化效率低,不能适应环境保护的要求。我厂与抚顺石油研究所、石油部洛阳第二炼油设计研究所、南京化工学院共同完成工业化试验任务之后,转入工业生产,随后,又建成了制硫装置、氨精制设施。单塔侧线汽提流程回收的酸性气与气体脱硫装置回收的酸性气一起作为制硫原料制取了硫磺;回收的氨气经过精制制取了工业液氨,作为我厂生产催化剂的原料。
First, an overview In the past I plant sulfur-containing wastewater using air oxidation method for processing. Due to the low purification efficiency of the process, it can not meet the requirements of environmental protection. I plant and Fushun Petroleum Institute, the Ministry of Petroleum Luoyang No.2 Refinery Design Institute, Nanjing Institute of Chemical Industry to complete the pilot task of industrialization, into industrial production, then, and built a sulfur plant, ammonia refining facilities. The acid gas recovered from the single-stage side-strip stripping process and the acid gas recovered from the gas desulfurization unit are taken as raw materials for sulfur production. Sulfur is recovered from the recovered ammonia gas, which is used as the raw material for the catalyst in our plant.
