目的探讨肾癌根治术前应用肾动脉栓塞的临床价值。方法 120例肾癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组采用常规肾癌根治术,观察组患者先行患侧肾动脉栓塞再行肾癌根治术,对比两组患者观察指标。结果观察组各观察指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾癌根治术前行肾动脉栓塞能显著减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,利于患者术后恢复,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of renal artery embolization before radical nephrectomy. Methods A total of 120 patients with renal cell carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional radical nephrectomy. The patients in observation group received renovascular embolization followed by radical nephrectomy. index. Results The observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Renal artery embolization before radical nephrectomy can significantly reduce intraoperative blood loss, shorten the operation time, which is conducive to postoperative recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
