研究了退火和激光冲击处理对Q460低合金高强钢焊接接头残余应力及力学性能的影响。对焊件分别采取250、500℃退火及激光冲击后,利用盲孔法测出焊接接头的残余应力分别下降了153、237及275 MPa;激光冲击与退火处理方法相比,激光冲击产生的弥散分布的马氏体组织,更能提高焊接接头的硬度;经过500℃退火的焊接接头的抗拉强度提高了53 MPa,其焊缝冲击功及热影响区冲击功比未经处理的分别提高了9和12 J。
The effects of annealing and laser shock treatment on the residual stress and mechanical properties of Q460 low alloy high strength steel welded joints were studied.
