目的研究《高温作业分级》GB/T4200-2008和《工作场所职业病危害作业分级第3部分:高温》GBZ/T229.3-2010两个标准分级结果的差异性、适用性和对高温危害管理的可操作性。方法以某企业高温作业生产岗位为研究对象,分别依据两种标准进行分级,对分级结果进行统计分析。结果两种标准分级结果的差异具有统计学意义配对卡方检验(χ2=29.14,P<0.001)。一致性检验Kappa值=0.51,<0.75,表明一致性中等。结论高温作业分级管理是防控高温危害的有效手段,不同分级标准存在一定的差异。建议对标准整合修订,充分考虑高温相关的各参数,细化分级管理措施,便于操作,更好地保护劳动者健康。
Objective To study the differences and applicability of two standard grading results of GB / T4200-2008, “Occupational Hazards Classification of Workplace and Part 3: High Temperature” GBZ / T229.3-2010, Operability. Methods The production jobs of high temperature work in a certain enterprise were taken as the research object, and were respectively classified according to two kinds of standards, and the statistical analysis of the graded results was carried out. Results The differences between the two standard grading results were statistically significant paired chi-square test (χ2 = 29.14, P <0.001). Coherency test Kappa value = 0.51, <0.75, indicating consistency is medium. Conclusion High-temperature job classification management is an effective measure to prevent and control high temperature damage. There are some differences among different grading standards. It is suggested that the standards be integrated and revised, all the parameters related to high temperature should be taken into full consideration, and the classification and management measures should be refined to facilitate the operation and better protect the health of workers.
