钢轨低倍质量检查,过去一直沿用热酸方法。热酸法检验钢轨低倍缺陷虽有直观的优点,但它只能取样抽查,不能反映钢轨内部全部低倍质量,而且检验周期较长。随着社会主义建设事业的飞速发展,势必对钢轨的低倍质量提出更高的要求,因而有必要寻找新的低倍质量检验方法。在国内,武钢首先成功地用超声波水浸探伤代替热酸法作钢轨白点的低倍检验,取得了良好的结果。我们以包钢生产的五十公斤重轨为例,对重轨的白点、缩孔、穿孔、中心偏析等低倍缺陷进行了超声波探伤方法的试验。
Rail times the quality inspection, in the past has been using hot acid method. Thermal acid test of rail defects with low magnification although the intuitive advantages, but it can only sampling spot checks, can not reflect all the low-quality rail inside, and the inspection cycle longer. With the rapid development of socialist construction, it is bound to put forward higher requirements for the rail’s low magnification quality. Therefore, it is necessary to find a new method for low magnification inspection. In China, WISCO successfully obtained the good results by using the ultrasonic water immersion test instead of the hot acid method for the low magnification test of the white point of the rail. Taking the 50kg heavy rail produced by Baotou Steel as an example, we tested the ultrasonic flaw detection methods on the white defects, shrinkage, perforation and center segregation of heavy rail.
