在热力学分析的基础上, 利用天然高岭土、锆英石为原料, 通过引入添加剂、还原氮化的方法直接制备O′SialonZrO2SiC复合材料。烧结良好的材料, 其室温断裂强度可以达到110 MPa。1500 ℃时烧结的材料, 其断裂形式以解理断裂为主;1550 ℃烧结的材料呈沿晶与穿晶混合断裂形式。
On the basis of thermodynamic analysis, using natural kaolinite and zircon as raw materials, O-SialonZrO2SiC composites were directly prepared by introducing additives and reducing nitrogen. Good sintered material, the room temperature rupture strength can reach 110 MPa. The material sintered at 1500 ℃ is mainly cleavage and fracture, while the material sintered at 1550 ℃ is intergranular and transcrystalline.
