目的:观察精神分裂症患者心肌酶活性的变化,并探讨其与精神分裂症发病的关系。方法选取2013年1月—2014年2月于本院住院治疗的67例精神分裂症患者(研究组)与同一时间段内在我院体检的70名健康人员(对照组),分别在研究组入院时、入院后第2、4、8周动态监测CK、AST、LDH、HBDH、CK-MB的水平。同时运用精神病阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定精神症状。结果阳性症状组与阴性症状组患者的血清心肌酶水平都明显比健康对照组高(P<0.01),阳性症状组心肌酶谱水平皆比阴性症状组高(P<0.01)。心肌酶谱水平变化与精神分裂症症状严重程度呈正相关。结论监测心肌酶谱在精神分裂症的病情评估方面有着重要的价值。“,”Objective To observe the change of myocardial enzymes in patients with schizophrenia,and to explore its relationship with the onset of schizophrenia.Methods From January 2013 to February 2013 hospitalized in our hospital 67 cases of patients with schizophrenia (research group) and the same time the hospital physical examination of 70 healthy persons (control group),respectively,in the team on admission,2,4,8 weeks after admission and dynamic monitoring of CK, AST, LDH and HBDH,the levels of CK-MB.At the same time using psychosis positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) assess mental symptoms.Results Positive symptom group and the group of patients with negative symptoms of serum myocardial enzyme levels were significantly higher than healthy controls (P<0.01),positive symptom group of myocardial enzyme levels are higher than negative symptoms group (P<0.01).Myocardial enzyme levels change was positively associated with schizophrenia symptom severity.Conclusion Monitoring myocardial enzyme spectrum in condition assessment of schizophrenia has important value.
