本文报道用硫酸葡聚糖(D.S)分离和琼脂糖电泳纯化高密度脂蛋白(HDL),鉴定为聚丙烯酰胺电泳及免疫电泳纯。并观察了HDL对体外血凝与纤溶系统的作用,HDL0.8~1.6毫克范围对体外血凝系统有延缓凝血酶反应时间的作用,对纤溶系统活性有增强作用。HDL的这一生理功能同样有利于防治动脉粥样硬化。琼脂糖电泳纯化的HDL方法简便易行,适用于研究脂蛋白生理功能。
This article reports the purification of high density lipoprotein (HDL) using dextran sulfate (D.S.) and agarose gel electrophoresis, identified as polyacrylamide electrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis pure. The effect of HDL on hemagglutination and fibrinolytic system in vitro was also observed. HDL ranged from 0.8 mg / kg to 1.6 mg could delay the thrombin reaction time in vitro and enhance the activity of fibrinolytic system. This physiological function of HDL is also beneficial for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis. Agarose electrophoresis purified HDL method is simple and convenient, suitable for studying the physiological function of lipoproteins.
