西宁市地处青海省东部。平均海拔2261米。乡镇有33个,其中镇11个,乡和民族乡22个,管辖村民委员会370个。1998年全市国民生产总值达66.55亿元,其中农业总产值达3.6亿元,乡镇企业总产值达17.77亿元。农业和乡镇企业总产值占全市国民生产总值的32％。农民人均纯收入为1512元。 1995年以来,该市认真贯彻上级有关精神,面对经济欠发达这一现实,积极创造条件,因地制宜地在农村中广泛开展了小康村创建工作。市、区(县)人民政府都详细制定了小康村创建规划和实施方案,并采取了有效的工作措施。特别针对农村存在的“脏、乱、差”等突出问题进行了村容村貌整治工作,加大了基础设施
Xining City is located in the eastern part of Qinghai Province. The average elevation of 2261 meters. There are 33 towns and townships, of which 11 are towns, 22 townships and ethnic townships and 370 are villagers’ committees.
