运用热压成型法制备高填充含量下的EVA/MgO复合胶膜。探讨MgO含量对复合胶膜导热绝缘性能、黏结性能和交联度的影响,偶联剂量对胶膜粘结性能的影响以及温度对胶膜交联度的影响。用TGA测定胶膜热失重曲线,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了胶膜中MgO的分散情况。结果表明:功能复合后的导热性能得到较大提高,绝缘性能未发生明显下降;胶膜黏结性能与交联度在10%体积含量填充下达到最大,且其热稳定有所提高。
Preparation of High Filler Content EVA / MgO Composite Films by Hot Press Forming. The effects of MgO content on the thermal and electrical insulating properties, adhesive properties and crosslinking degree of the composite films, the influence of coupling dose on the adhesive properties of the films and the effect of temperature on the crosslinking degree of the films were investigated. The thermal gravimetric curves of the films were measured by TGA, and the distribution of MgO in the films was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the thermal conductivity of the composite increases greatly and the insulation performance does not decrease obviously. The adhesive properties and the degree of crosslinking of the film reach the maximum under the filling of 10% volume content, and its thermal stability is improved.
