实验研究了小口径铜蒸气激光器(CVL)输出特性与缓冲气体压强的关系。实验测出放电管有效阻抗随氖压在2.0kPa到10.0kPa范围内升高而增加。存在最佳氖压值2.7kPa,使激光输出功率最大。随着氖压升高输出激光脉冲持续时间先降低后增加,极值处氖压为4.7kPa。输出光束截面空间强度分布在高压下边缘强中心弱的情形更为严重。
The relationship between the output characteristics of small diameter copper vapor laser (CVL) and the buffer gas pressure was experimentally studied. The experiment shows that the effective impedance of the discharge tube increases with the increase of neon pressure in the range of 2.0kPa to 10.0kPa. There is the best neon pressure 2.7kPa, the maximum laser output power. With the increase of neon pressure, the output laser pulse duration decreased first and then increased, and the neon pressure at the extreme value was 4.7 kPa. The intensity distribution of the output beam cross-section is more serious when the strong center of weak edge is higher under high pressure.
