目的:研究白细胞介素6(IL6)在2,4二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导的IV型变态反应中的表达及不同剂量的白藜芦醇对DNFB诱导的IV型变态反应中IL6生成的量效关系,探讨IL6在免疫性炎症中的作用及白藜芦醇抗炎作用机理。方法:采用免疫组织化学的方法。结果:白藜芦醇皮下给药50mg·kg-1可明显抑制由DNFB诱导的IV型变态反应中的小鼠耳肿胀,抑制率为70%。白藜芦醇在皮下给药50,100mg·kg-1剂量下,可抑制DNFB诱导的IV型变态反应中IL6的生成。结论:DNFB诱导的IV型变态反应确有IL6的表达,且白藜芦醇抗炎作用可能与抑制IL6生成有关
Objective: To investigate the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in type IV allergy induced by 2,4 dinitrofluorobenzene (DNFB) and the effect of different doses of resveratrol on DNFB-induced type IV allergy IL-6 in the dose-effect relationship, to explore the IL 6 in the role of immune inflammation and resveratrol anti-inflammatory mechanism. Methods: Immunohistochemical methods were used. Results: Subcutaneous administration of resveratrol at 50 mg · kg-1 significantly inhibited ear swelling in mice induced by DNFB and the inhibition rate was 70%. Resveratrol subcutaneously administered 50,100mg · kg-1 dose, can inhibit DNFB-induced type IV allergy in IL 6 generation. Conclusion: DNFB-induced type IV allergy does have IL 6 expression, and the anti-inflammatory effect of resveratrol may be related to the inhibition of IL 6 production
