研究旨在探讨赤金蛋白T30替代饲料中不同水平的鱼粉对南美白对虾生长指标、营养成分、消化酶活力和血清免疫指标的影响。赤金蛋白T30分别替代饲料中鱼粉用量的15%(B组)和30%(C组),对照(A组)为商品化南美白对虾饲料。饲养周期60 d。结果表明:喂养20 d,B组的末体重、增重率、特定生长率显著高于A、C组(P<0.05);喂养40 d,B组的末体重和增重率显著高于A、C组(P<0.05);喂养60 d,B组的末体重、增重率、特定生长率最高。虾体的粗蛋白含量C组>B组>A组(P<0.05);粗脂肪含量A组>B组>C组(P<0.05);各组灰分和水分含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。蛋白酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶活力差异不显著(P>0.05);C、B组淀粉酶活力显著高于A组(P<0.05)。B组AKP活力显著高于A、C组(P<0.05);B组SOD活力显著高于A组(P<0.05);各组ACP和LZM活力差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明:赤金蛋白T30替代饲料中一定用量的鱼粉可以显著促进南美白对虾的生长,改善虾体营养成分,显著提高部分消化酶活力和血清免疫指标,且替代水平15%的生长效果优于替代水平30%。综合考虑其效果与经济性,建议用赤金蛋白T30替代南美白对虾饲料里鱼粉用量的15%。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different levels of red gold protein T30 on the growth, nutritional status, digestive enzyme activity and serum immune parameters of Penaeus vannamei. Red gold protein T30 were used to replace feed 15% of fish meal (group B) and 30% (group C), the control (group A) commercial Penaeus vannamei feed. Feeding cycle 60 d. The results showed that the final body weight, weight gain rate and specific growth rate of group B were significantly higher than those of group A and C (P <0.05) after feeding for 20 days. The final body weight and weight gain rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A , Group C (P <0.05). At the 60th day after feeding, the final body weight, weight gain rate and specific growth rate of group B were the highest. Crude protein content in shrimp body was higher in group C than in group B (P <0.05), while crude fat content was significantly higher in group A than in group B (P <0.05) ). The activities of protease, cellulase and lipase were not significantly different (P> 0.05). The amylase activities of C and B groups were significantly higher than those of A group (P <0.05). The AKP activity in group B was significantly higher than that in group A and C (P <0.05). The activity of SOD in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in ACP and LZM activity between groups (P> 0.05). The results showed that the use of red gold protein T30 instead of fishmeal in feed could significantly promote the growth of Penaeus vannamei, improve the nutrient composition of the shrimp, significantly increase the activity of some digestive enzymes and serum immune indicators, and the growth effect of 15% substitution level was better than 30% alternative level. Considering its effectiveness and economy, it is recommended that red gold protein T30 be used to replace 15% of the fishmeal content in P. vannamei feed.
