目的 :研究江苏南通产和浙江宁波产浙贝母总生物碱的月积累动态 ,确定浙贝母的最佳采收期。方法 :用改进的酸性染料比色法测定不同月份的浙贝母总生物碱。结果 :两产地浙贝母总生物碱月积累动态基本一致 ,总生物碱的绝对积累量以 5月份最高。结论 :浙贝母以 5月份为最佳采收期。 Objective: To study the monthly accumulation dynamics of total alkaloids produced in Nantong, Jiangsu and Ningbo, Zhejiang, and determine the best harvest period of Fritillaria. Methods : Determination of total alkaloids in Fritillaria Fritillariae in different months with improved acid dye colorimetry. Results: The monthly accumulation of total alkaloids in Fritillaria citrinopileatus from two production areas was basically the same, and the absolute accumulation of total alkaloids was the highest in May. Conclusion : Fritillaria was the best harvesting period in May.
