将美国教材中的插图艺术引入国内高校营养学教学,有效地表达了文字难以描述的诸多营养学信息。以美国《营养学——概念与争论》教材为研究对象,在对教材图片进行统计分析的基础上,重点对教材图片特色进行赏析,以期为我国编写高校营养学教材提供有益的借鉴。
The introduction of illustration art in American textbooks into the nutrition teaching of domestic colleges and universities effectively expressed many nutritional information difficult to describe in words. Based on the statistical analysis of textbook images, this paper focuses on the appreciation of textual features of textbooks with the purpose of providing a useful reference for the preparation of textbooks of nutrition in China.
