文章给出了一种非标准试样的低温冲击试验方法。采用有限元法计算了0.8 mm薄带钢低温冲击试验中的温升,校正了冲击时刻试样的温度。采用薄带低温冲击试验方法对比研究铸轧高磷耐候钢薄带和常规薄带非标准试样的冲击韧性。结果发现,温度校正后,0.8 mm薄带的韧脆转变温度(DBTT)与标准冲击试样基本相同,表明用低温冲击试验方法进行薄带韧脆转变温度测定是可行的。铸轧薄带的韧脆转变温度比磷含量相同的常规薄带大约低10℃。
The article gives a non-standard sample low temperature impact test method. The temperature rise in the low temperature impact test of 0.8 mm thin strip was calculated by finite element method, and the temperature of the specimen at the impact moment was corrected. The impact toughness of cast-rolled high-phosphorus weathering steel strip and conventional thin strip non-standard samples were compared by the strip low temperature impact test method. The results show that after temperature calibration, the ductile-brittle transition temperature (DBTT) of 0.8 mm strip is basically the same as that of the standard impact specimen, which indicates that it is feasible to measure the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the strip by low-temperature impact test. The ductile-brittle transition temperature of the cast strip is about 10 ° C lower than the conventional strip of the same phosphorus content.
