互联网技术的广泛应用带来了数据流量的爆炸性增长 ,而现在的网络结构无疑会对运载大流量的数据构成瓶颈 ,因此迫切需要人们开发出更有效的网络技术来解决这个问题。 GMPL S (通用多协议标记转换 )是MPL S技术向光网络发展的必然产物。它有效的实现了 IP网和光传送网的无缝结合 ,是未来网络发展的一种趋势。 GMPL S为了实现光网的智能化 ,对 MPL S的路由和信令方面做了扩展和更新。文中主要讨论了 GMPL S对路由和链路管理方面所做的增强、GMPL S中 L SP层次、链路绑定和无编号链路的特点以及它们解决的问题。最后介绍了 GMPL S新定义的 L MP协议对链路管理能力的增强
The widespread application of Internet technology has brought an explosive growth of data traffic. However, the current network structure will undoubtedly bottleneck the data carrying heavy traffic. Therefore, it is urgent to develop more effective network technologies to solve this problem. GMPL S (Universal Multiprotocol Label Switching) is an inevitable result of the development of MPL S technology to optical networks. It effectively implements the seamless combination of IP network and optical transport network, which is a trend of network development in the future. GMPL S in order to achieve intelligent optical network, the MPL S routing and signaling aspects have been expanded and updated. This paper mainly discusses the enhancements made by GMPL S in terms of routing and link management, the characteristics of L SP levels in GMPL S, link bonding and unnumbered links, and the problems they solve. Finally, the new LMP protocol defined by GMPL S is introduced to enhance the link management capability
