本文分析了我国油气企业国际化人才培训工作目前所处的环境和面临的形势,并根据企业国际化经营阶段模型理论揭示出我国油气企业在全球化进程中所处的阶段,总结了我国油气企业实施“一带一路”战略和应对国际油价低迷形势的几点启示,最后提出我国油气企业应该顺应国际化人才培训发展趋势,加强培训工作创新,打造出一支满足企业发展的高素质、多元文化背景的、复合型国际化人才队伍。
