目的探讨右旋糖酐铁口服液与合生元益生菌联合治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血(IDA)的疗效和安全性。方法选取2011年2月-2013年12月间该院收治的IDA患儿152例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各76例。两组患儿均给予蒙脱石散联合抗生素治疗,饭后服用右旋糖酐铁口服液;观察组患儿在此基础上加服合生元益生菌冲剂,8周为1个疗程,对比治疗前后两组患儿的血常规指标、SI水平、治疗效果、不良反应情况。结果治疗1个疗程后,两组患儿血常规指标和SI水平均明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后血常规指标和SI水平改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,观察组治疗总有效率和显效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右旋糖酐铁口服液与合生元益生菌联合治疗小儿IDA可有效改善肠道功能,促进铁元素吸收,降低单纯服用铁剂带来的消化道不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of dextran oral liquid and synbiotic probiotics in the treatment of children with nutritional deficiency of iron deficiency anemia (IDA). Methods 152 patients with IDA admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 76 cases in each group. Two groups of children were given montmorillonite combined antibiotic treatment, after taking iron dextran oral liquid; the observation group of children on the basis of this service plus synbiotic probiotic granules, 8 weeks for a course of treatment, before and after treatment in both groups Children’s blood index, SI level, treatment, adverse reactions. Results After treatment for 1 course of treatment, the blood and SI levels in both groups were significantly better than those before treatment (P <0.05). The improvement of blood and SI levels in the observation group was significant Better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After a course of treatment, the total effective rate and markedly effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Dextran oral liquid combined with synbiotics probiotics in children with IDA can effectively improve intestinal function, promote iron absorption and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by iron alone.
