Li Zengyong: The Qingdao International Beer Festival is a festival for the people of Qingdao and a holiday for friends at home and abroad. Since its inception in 1991, the Beer Festival has continued to mature, go to market, and go global. It has been sublimated from a young city festival to become Asia’s largest beer event and national-level festival. Since 1994, the Oktoberfest has set up a main venue for the Oktoberfest, and Hatoyama has made contributions to the development of the Oktoberfest. The Oktoberfest has also given a huge return to Hatoyama. In a nutshell, its greatest contribution is to push Lushan into the world and integrate the world into Lushan. In particular, through the promotion of the brand of Oktoberfest, the economic quality, industrial development, opening to the outside world, urban spirit and resident population of Laoshan were promoted.
