针对在数控组合机床加工过程中很难控制的特点,结合PLC的优势,提出一种基于PLC的数控机床控制系统。对此,文章以曲轴内铣机床作为研究对象,首先对该机床的结构及其工作原理进行分析;其次,结合该机床的工作原理,提出基于PLC的整体控制方案;再次,根据上述的方案,分别从硬件和软件的角度,并重点对PLC的选型、I/O分配表、PID控制等进行了详细的设计;最后,通过组态王软件和STEP7软件对监控界面和PID算法进行调试,验证了上述方案的可行性。
Aiming at the characteristics that CNC machining is difficult to control, combined with the advantages of PLC, a control system of CNC machine tool based on PLC is proposed.
