在整顿和改革中,我们把设备管理工作的改革列为全队管理改革的重要内容之一,认真贯彻《国营工业交通设备管理(试行)条例》,积极推行设备综合管理,为生产和经营目标服务。在建立综合设备管理组织,采用综合管理方法和手段,开展设备寿命周期管理等方面做了一些工作,设备管理水平和各项技术、经济指标有了较大提高,获国家经委授予“1984—1985年全国设备管理优秀单位”称号。 一、领导重视,专群结合,为设备综合管理提供组织保证 为了加强设备管理工作的组织领导,我队确定一位副队长主管设备管理工作,实行纵向序列的集中领导,在总工程师办公室设一名机械主任工程师进行纵、横序列的疏通和协调。
