目的了解无锡市不同类型场所冷却塔水中军团菌污染状况和血清型别。方法 2009年按照无锡市地理分布抽取32家公共场所和8家工厂作为监测点,共抽取冷却塔水89份,按照卫生部《集中空调通风系统卫生规范》附录B“空调系统军团菌的检验分析方法”进行检测。结果 89份冷却塔水军团菌检出率达26.97%(24/89),阳性率以宾馆和医院为高,分别为33.33%(8/24)和33.36%(4/11)。军团菌血清型以LP1和LP6为主,分别占54.2%(13/24)和29.2%(7/24)。冷却塔水消毒与不消毒、有无藻类生长军团菌检出差异有统计学意义。结论无锡市不同场所冷却塔水中存在军团菌的污染,军团菌生长可能与冷却塔水不消毒、有藻类生长有关,可作为控制冷却水军团菌的依据。
Objective To understand the status and serotypes of Legionella in cooling tower water in different types of places in Wuxi City. Methods In 2009, 32 public places and 8 factories were selected as the monitoring points according to the geographical distribution of Wuxi. A total of 89 cooling tower water were taken. According to the inspection of Legionella of air-conditioning system in Appendix B of “Health Code of Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System” of Ministry of Public Health Analysis method "for testing. Results The detection rate of Legionella isolates in 89 cooling towers was 26.97% (24/89). The positive rates were in hotels and hospitals, which were 33.33% (8/24) and 33.36% (4/11), respectively. Legionella serotypes were mainly LP1 and LP6, accounting for 54.2% (13/24) and 29.2% (7/24), respectively. Cooling tower water disinfection and non-disinfection, there is no difference between the detection of algal growth of legionella statistically significant. Conclusion Legionella contamination was found in cooling tower water in different places in Wuxi City. The growth of Legionella may be related to the non-disinfection of cooling tower water and the growth of algae, which can be used as the basis for controlling Legionella pneumophila in cooling water.
