车红岩,临汾市第六中学教研主任,第八届省教学能手。车红岩老师认真学习,勇于实践,逐渐摸索出一套合乎实际、富有成效的教学思路。他认为,有效培养学生学习地理的兴趣是教学的首要任务,教师应多注意综合知识的积累、课堂教学的激情以及课堂语言的精炼。在教学中,车红岩老师充分利用乡土资源,把较枯燥的地理知识与学生身边的地理事物和现象有机结合,培养学生的地理思维能力。如临汾市的钢铁工业布局、古县的霍山相对高度的计算、襄汾县汾河的补给形式等。他还擅长采用案例教学法,通过典型案例,实现一案多载,使课堂教学条理清晰,重点突出。多年来,车红岩老师积极探索,刻苦钻研,取得了较好的成绩。2006年被授予山西省首届地理优秀教师称号,2009年受山西教育出版社的委托,参与了人教版高中地理导学学案的编写工作,同年又在福建泉州举行的“全国地理学科优质课评选活动”中,代表山西省参赛,并荣获“全国高中地理优质课二等奖”。此外,他撰写的多篇论文在国家级或省级刊物发表。
