21世纪是知识经济占主导地位的世纪。工会干部要适应知识经济的挑战,做好本职工作,必须在工会干部的选拔、培训、交流及自身修养等方面做出努力。从而提高工会干部学习新知识、信息搜集、创新意识等方面的能力。
The 21st century is the century in which knowledge economy is dominant. To adapt themselves to the challenges of a knowledge-based economy and to do their jobs well, the trade union cadres must make their efforts in the selection, training, exchange and self-cultivation of their trade union cadres. So as to enhance the ability of trade union cadres to learn new knowledge, gather information and raise awareness of innovation.
