根管的生物机械预备是牙髓治疗的重要步骤,但根管的弯曲及构型常造成技术上的困难。作者从颊舌向和近远中向观察了下颌第一磨牙近中根颊、舌两根管的构型和弯曲度。 选取697颗不分年龄性别、根尖完整、未行牙髓治疗的下颌第一磨牙作为研究对象。截除远中根,在近颊及近舌根管中分别插入合适型号的扩孔钻,拍摄近远中向和颊舌向X线片,放大30倍观察。分别用第一、第二或第三弯曲度表示根管弯曲程度,根管构型采用Vertucci分类法,与本文有关的各型为:
Biomechanical preparation of the root canal is an important step in endodontic treatment, but the curvature and configuration of the root canal often result in technical difficulties. The authors observed the configuration and curvature of the buccal and lingual canal of the proximal root canal of the mandibular first molar from the buccolingual and mesial directions. A total of 697 primary mandibular first molars without any age and sex, complete apical root, and no endodontic treatment were selected as the research object.
